Contacting Customer Service Live Call Support
Wizards of the Coast has added live call support for Product Replacement purposes! This browser-based call functionality will provide you with a new channel to contact our representatives for assistance on a Product Replacement request.
To contact Customer Service for assistance via email, phone, or chat, you will want to sign-in to our support site with your Wizards Account. Navigate to an article in our help center, where you can find the button ‘Submit a Request’ on your browser.
To speak with a representative regarding a request for Product Replacement specifically, after signing in, you can navigate to an appropriate Product Replacement article for assistance:
Clicking ‘Submit a Request’ will allow you to choose a topic to contact us about. Choosing ‘Product Replacement’ will move to the next step in contacting a Customer Service Representative.
If a representative is online and available for immediate contact, ‘Phone Support’ and ‘Live Chat’ will be selectable. Otherwise, ‘Web Ticket’ will begin an email for assistance.
Clicking Phone Support will cause a Widget to appear at the bottom of the screen and a browser-based pop-up requesting microphone access:
Enabling your microphone is required to start a phone call with a Customer Service Representative.
During a call, you have the options to end the call or mute your microphone. Unfortunately, you will not have access to a number pad or the ability to change from handheld to speaker phone with a mobile device.
Please note: Navigating away from the page while on a call with us will cause the call to end!
If the webpage that the call is being placed on is refreshed, ‘back’ is clicked, or another link is clicked the call will end. Accessing, creating, or opening another window without disrupting the tab and/or window the call is in will not cause this disruption.
If this occurs, our Representatives will attempt to call back using the phone number you provided at the beginning of the call. If there is no phone number available, our Representative will attempt to follow up on your request via email wherever possible.
Allowing Microphone Access
The request for microphone access can be stopped by a pop-up blocker on your browser. If your microphone is not working properly, we recommend checking if our site has access to your microphone.
Below are the instructions for microphone permissions for the top web browsers:
Shows as phone call on most smartphones
If a browser-based call is made from a smartphone, the call may show in your call log. However, this will use the internet rather than cellular service and will not provide a phone number for contacting Customer Service directly.
Phone Support is only available in the English Language
Customer Service representatives are limited to providing phone support in English language only. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Web Ticket and Live Chat contacts can use a translation service to assist in multiple languages. Wizards of the Coast Customer Service can provide support in Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Korean, Japanese, and Chinese (Traditional and Simplified).
